Shipping Policy:
Customers purchasing from Cellucity.co.za have an option of a click-and-collect service or domestic delivery service. We do not offer international shipping.
Orders are only processed within 1 working day. No deliveries or store collections will be arranged over the weekends and public holidays. Please be advised that certain products have an additional shipment lead time, which is clearly reflected at the time of purchase.
Click and Collect:
There is no charge for our Click and Collect service. Where possible, any order placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be arranged for collection on the same day.
Due to varying branch stock levels, this may not always be possible. In this case, we will source and send your purchase to your preferred store for collection within 2 – 3 working days. In this case, we will inform you of any progress and confirm when your item is ready for collection.
National Delivery:
Cellucity offers delivery throughout South Africa. We offer free economy shipping for any order greater than R450 in Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal only. In provinces where we don’t have a retail presence, shipping charges may be applicable. Our shipping services are contracted to (but not limited to) Bobgo Smart Shipping Management Solutions. For Cape Town clients, our local network of drivers services the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town CBD and Foreshore.

- Free Next day. If a selected store does not have stock for immediate collection, we will arrange within 1 -3 days.
All orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt. Where possible, orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.
If we are experiencing a high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Exceptions:
- Oversize Products:
Products over 2Kgs or larger than will fit in a standard shipment bag may be subject to an additional R199 oversize shipping charge.
- Products on Promotion:
Products on promotion may be subject to an R99 express shipping charge.
