What does PrO Pre-owned mean?
PrO Pre-owned is Cellucity’s range of inspected, tested and clearly graded pre-owned devices. Each device is assessed before sale and carries a warranty linked to its grade.
Are all PrO devices fully functional?
Yes. Cosmetic grades may differ, but PrO devices are tested to ensure that their key functions operate as intended before they are approved for sale.
What is the difference between the three grades?
Pristine devices offer the closest-to-new cosmetic condition. Premium devices may show light signs of previous use, while Gelukkie devices can display more noticeable cosmetic wear. The selected grade does not mean the device is partly functional.
Do PrO devices include a warranty?
Yes. Current Pristine Grade A devices include up to a 24-month warranty, Premium Grade B devices up to a 12-month warranty and Gelukkie Grade C devices up to a 3-month warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and product conditions.
Will the device look brand new?
This depends on the grade selected. Pristine devices have minimal signs of use, while Premium and Gelukkie devices may display progressively more visible cosmetic wear. Product images may be illustrative.
Can I buy a PrO device on contract or finance?
Selected devices may be available through contract, microfinance or alternative payment options. Availability depends on the product, channel, affordability assessment and approval by the relevant provider.
Can I trade in my current phone?
Eligible devices can be assessed through Cellucity’s trade-in programme. The value offered will depend on the model, condition, functionality and current trade-in criteria.
