The Joy of PayJoy is that you can pay in advance.
Your phone will stay unlocked for the amount of time that you have paid upfront.
If a payment is missed, the device will be locked, which limits access to your device. Once a payment is made, your phone will unlock immediately. Simply connect to WiFi or mobile data to access your PayJoy app and view your account status.
Making regular and timely payments towards the PayJoy device will also help improve your credit score.
After your rental agreement is successfully completed, the locking software can be removed, and ownership of the device will be transferred to you.
PayJoy is not responsible for a lost, damaged or stolen phone; you will still be required to pay your instalments. It is advisable to take insurance for the device when applying. Cellucity can assist with insurance options.
PayJoy does not insure devices. We encourage you to take out insurance for the device when applying. Cellucity does offer handset asset cover, but you are free to use your preferred insurer for the device.
