Collections & Delivery Policy
In our effort to provide you with the best possible deals, certain exclusive offers are available for in-store collection only, while others may qualify for direct delivery. Availability of delivery is subject to customer location and successful completion of a simple biometric verification process.
Due to current RICA regulations and for customer security, all contracts and upgrades are typically required to be collected in person from a Cellucity store.
Where delivery is approved, the RICA process will be completed at the time of delivery. The customer will be required to present:
- A valid official identification document: SA ID Smart Card
- Proof of residence: An official account, rates or taxes not older than 90-days
For in-store collections, customers must present:
- A valid form of identification: SA ID Card or a valid SA passport
- Proof of residence: An official account, rates or taxes not older than 90-days
Upgrade Application T&Cs
- I declare that the information provided is true and correct and consent to Vodacom (Pty) Ltd conducting credit vetting for this application.
- This application is for lead generation purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Approval remains subject to Vodacom approval, deal availability, and any additional Vodacom terms and conditions.
- Once finalised, all upgrades are subject to:
- A R150 administration fee
- Any outstanding device finance fees will be added to the monthly subscription until settled in full
New Subscriber Contract T&Cs

- This application is for lead generation purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All applications are subject to Vodacom (Pty) Ltd approval, deal availability, stock availability, and any additional Vodacom terms and conditions.
- By submitting this application, I grant Cellucity (Pty) Ltd permission to conduct a credit vetting process through Vodacom (Pty) Ltd, an authorised financial services provider.
- Once approved and finalised, contracts are subject to:
- A mandatory R97 connection fee, included in the first account
- A R105 SIM card fee, where applicable
- For all Top-up Contracts, the first debit order will be processed within 24–48 hours after activation
Existing Subscriber Add-on Contract T&Cs
