Contracts & Upgrades T&C’s

Collections Policy:

Due to current RICA laws and, for customer security, all contracts and upgrades must be collected from your nearest Cellucity outlet.
Please remember to take identification and proof of residence for verification. Only the Smart ID Card and original South African Passport will be accepted for online applications.

 

New Subscriber Contract T&C’s:

I hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct.

This application is for lead generation purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer and is subject to Vodacom Approval, deal availability, stock availability and Vodacom terms and conditions.

By submitting this application, I hereby give Cellucity (Pty) Ltd permission to credit vet this application through Vodacom (Pty) Ltd, an authorised financial services provider.

Once finalised, contracts are subject to a mandatory R97 connection fee included in a customer’s first account. There may also be a charge of R105 for a new SIM card if required. For all Top-up Contracts, the first debit order will take place 24 – 48 hours after activation.

 

Existing Subscriber Add-on Contract T&C’s

I am aware that Vodacom already has a record of my address and bank account details and these details will be used for this contract application.

Upgrade Application T&C’s

I declare that the information given above is true and correct and that I hereby consent to Vodacom (PTY) Ltd credit vetting this application.

This application is for lead generation purposes. I am aware this does not constitute a binding offer as it is subject to Vodacom approval, deal availability and Vodacom Terms and Conditions.

Once finalised, all upgrades are subject to an R150 administration fee. Any outstanding monthly finance fees will be added to the total monthly subscription until paid in full.
